International employment law alliance, Innangard, is pleased to announce the election of Mathilde Houet-Weil from Weil Associés in France, as the Chair of Innangard. Her appointment took place at the alliance's quarterly meeting held in Brussels on the 26th of January 2024, where all present members endorsed Mathilde's nomination.
Weil Associés is one of the first member firms of Innangard with Mathilde representing the firm at all Innangard meetings and events. Mathilde has had an outstanding career in employment law with over 25 years' experience advising multinational companies on all labour-law related matters. She brings a wealth of leadership and strategic expertise to take Innangard to its next phase of growth and development.
Mathilde expressed eagerness about the new role and shared her vision for the organisation. "I am thrilled to act as Innangard«s new Chair. The alliance has a strong foundation, and I am excited to collaborate with our team to further enhance Innangard's standing in the legal sector," she said.
Mathilde assumes the role with immediate effect for a three-year term. She is succeeding Colleen Cleary from CC Solicitors in Ireland who served with distinction. "Personally, I am delighted at Mathilde election, and I have every confidence that she will take the alliance to the next level and looking forward to supporting her in this role," commented Colleen.
Innangard is confident that Mathilde will provide valuable insights, foster collaboration, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation.
