She is experienced in advising on cross border employment issues and workplace councils. Colleen is a member of the International Labour and Employment Law Committee of the American Bar Association and regularly speaks at their events and is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association. She is also on the standing committee on Sexual Harassment of the Employment Lawyers Association (UK)
